Villa Electra is a comfortable, stylish and modern villa within walking distance to the sea and to an excellent taverna. It is located within a well-designed villa complex known as Costa Bianca on the peaceful bay of Salandi about 25kms from Porto Heli. Perfect location for a family.
Villa Electra is expanded on three levels. The main entrance is one the middle level (groundfloor) where there is an open plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. French windows lead out to the main terrace with outdoor dining area, large barbecue and comfortable outdoor living area.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms both with double beds. They share a bathroom and a large verandah with fabulous views over the sea.
On the lowest level of the house (which is still at garden level) are two further bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second one with twin beds and separate bathroom. French windows lead out directly to the garden.
The gardens are large with lawns, mature trees and colourful flower beds. At the heart of the garden lies a very nice, private swimming pool (8m x 4m) with sun loungers and umbrella overlooking the quiet bay of Salandi.
Mid-week cleaning every three days with change of bed linen, bath towels and pool.
